  • If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products we ask you to advise us within 48 hours. We will provide an exchange or refund for the individual product if an allergic reaction has been confirmed. We will accept any full-sized product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at three quarters full. Please note that a doctor's note and/or photos may be required.

    Information listed about the products on Miliano Shop is based on information provided from the individual product manufacturer. Any claims and suggestions on Miliano Shop are supplied as information only and are in no way meant to replace the advice of a physician.

    Please contact us right away at contact@milianoshop.ca regarding your product of concern. You can also contact the clinic regarding any treatment service concerns.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please email us within 10 days of receiving it and your purchase will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive the package. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer and are not refundable.

    For hygienic and sanitary reasons we do not accept returns on products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used. Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened, unused merchandise in the original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase.

    Please send us an email right away at contact@milianoshop.ca including your order information and the product(s) you wish to return or exchange. We may ask for additional photos to support your request.

  • DOMESTIC ORDERS

    Miliano Shop provides shipping on orders made within Canada only, we apologize for any inconveniences. We offer free shipping on orders of $150 and for orders below that, you are required to pay a shipping fee.

    Standard shipping - $15.00 (3 to 9 business days).
    Expedited shipping - $23.00 (2 to 3 business days).

    After placing your order, an email confirmation will automatically be sent to you. We will begin to process your order and once it is shipped you will receive a tracking number.

    Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday within 48 hours of receipt. Due to the pandemic orders may take a little longer than usual. We use Canada Post as our shipping carrier. Where possible, and to avoid contact, Canada Post employees will not ask for signatures and will leave packages in a safe place near your front entrance. If you have a mailbox or community mailbox they will leave your order there when possible. Please keep an out of for your orders.

    BACKORDERS AND MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

    Based on product availability, we may split your order into multiple shipments to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. In the event of such an occurrence you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
